Nearly 2 years ago I noticed grout was washing away, there was black mold accumulation underneath the clear sealant and some outside tile sections were improperly installed. The warranty dept. basically told me it wasn't structural damage so it was not covered. I submitted photos and even had a contractor submit detailed information on damage that may be forthcoming. There is NO way to flush Concrete down the Toilet or through a Sink. My ceiling had water leaking through it, Now the plumber tells me the pipes were installed incorrectly. These are Builder ISSUES that as a NEW Homeowner I should not be having as well as Toilet leks 2 years and My water bill keeps jumping over toilet leaks because they continuously run.
